I've heard of people tuning goose guts to a swan with good results. That being said, I've never blown one, or heard one, in my life. Good luck.

I use a goose flute and reverse the pitch of calling - instead of low to high go high to low.

Webfoot has goose flute guts and i've used them to retune some old flutes - they work great!

I'm trying to make my own flute now.
