What are you needing to do with them?

You won't get money rich in this hobby.  The richness is in the culture, the craft, the friends you meet along the way, and being able to call in a wary game animal with a call that you made with your own hands.

I am guessing you are talking for the HUT mandrel system?

Probably have to just buy the 5/8's from them, and make a 7/8" spacer out of wood.

I wanted to use them to make game calls and to hold the wood blanks onto the mandrel to turn them

i got some from HUT and used them once, if you don't want to spend the $$ on expandable mandrels go get some 5/8 and 7/8 rod(bolt) and make a pen lock

The HUT system of using rubber bushings is really not a good system, and its hard on your pen mandrel if you still plan on making pens with it.

I understand going cheap if you're just wanting to try out making a couple calls though.

Many call makers are biting the bullet and using the expandable mandrels now.  They are not cheap, but they are solid.
