Father Daughter Hunt
« on: September 15, 2012, 01:21:35 PM »
Took My 14 yr old Duaghter out this morning. Got er up a 5 am after she got home and in bed at 1130 last night from twirling the flag at last night high school football game.  1 thing about her she can look like a million $ all dressed up then put on some camo and boots and head out to hunt. To bad we didnt get a shot off but we had fun. met some new friends and even sold a goose call.    A local outfitter had a youth hunt free today and we went. the guides was impressed with my call looks and sounds and the 1 guy ordered 1, and paid with out seeing it done. That made me happy as well.

Last night

Those are some great times ! I know that she enjoyed it more than you. Nothing like those daughters, I know I have two adult ones. Hunted and fished with both of them and the still do today.
The older blind man was asked "What can be worse than losing you sight?"  He replied " ones vision"

Ron, the one daughter of mine out of three that likes to go fishing with me married a US Marine(God bless him) and they have lived all over the world for the last 16 yrs, and I dont get to see her much, so I think you know where I'm goin with this.  Enjoy every minute and never pass up a chance to share a duck blind, a deer stand, or a fishin trip with her. They grow up and start life and things change.  I love your pictures!  When I asked my daughter when she was a little girl to go duck hunting with me she asked me, "do waders come in colors?" I l knew right then and there she was gonna be a fisherman!  Kitch
