Thanks for the tip JA!  I was wondering how to turn the HD off.  It definitely takes more "juice" from your system to play it in HD.

Vince just awsome!  Well made and planned video.  One question is what did you dip the calls in?  Just curious cause I like the final result!

Glad you like it.  I was VERY impressed with what Andy came up with.

I dip in a sanding sealer and let it dry.  Dip in a 60/40 spar/mineral spirits and let it dry (longest dry by far), spray with spar until I get my coat good and thick.....really depends on the wood type.

Sanding between each step.

Just watched this video on a big screen TV for the first time using my Roku and the Vimeo channel. Andy sure did one heck of a job putting this together!  Thought I would bump it so some of the newer folks could give it a watch.

Looks good!  I like the timber frame shop too.

Glad you guys like it. I still can't get over all the cool little edits he did that I never would have thought of.

Rick, that is Andy's dad's barn just up the road from me.  He thought it would be a cool backdrop for the video. My regular ol' shop is just the side of my garage as shown in the beginning of the video on the bandsaw and drilling work.

He was right, it was a cool back drop.  I like timber framing.  I did it for a little while and loved the work but it did not love me back.  If you have not already you should check out the joinery.
