Alabama whistle
« on: March 22, 2012, 01:02:18 AM »
A guy on the refuge forum ordered this one from me (thanks to Stump).  He wanted BAMA colors so he got them!  Red dyed stabilized boxelder burl with a white acetyl toneboard and laser engraved BAMA with white fill.  This one's shipping to the middle east where he's currently deployed.

Nice whistle, wonderful work....one major flaw...bama? Really?  Yep, everything was great til it went there :/  oh well, you almost made a nice whistle  :stickman1: :stickman1: :hysterical: :hysterical:
Btw, only kidding, being an LSU fan, can't let you get away without saying something, and I should be hiding after what happened  couple months ago anyway.  It is a very nice whistle, kc.

That is sexy!!  Looks like a national champion to me.  Roll Tide!

Awesome wood and call.  Finish and hole look flawless.  I'm going to have to get me a Wingert Whistle before next season.

Saw that Kitch.  Thanks for your kind words over there too.   Figured that was you!  Been getting a few e-mails.  They still have it so I can't post over there and are unresponsive to my emails.   :stickman1:  I'm tempted to offer a free whistle to the first guy that can actually pull some strings and get the admins to get my account working.   :hysterical:

Thanks for the kind words guys.  The buyer of this call is mighty excited about it.

Send an email to chestermathias@comcast.net. He's a mod that got me straightened out over there. You'll need to include your account info. Hope that helps.

It usually takes him a few days to respond. Let me know if you don't hear back from him.
