Knotty Hedge Grunt Call

Here is a call made from a 50 year old hedge post from a friend of mines grandparent's farm.  It has caribou antler end caps and a CA finish.  I took me three tries before I got a barrel turned from this wood, the knots kept blowing apart on me.   Anyways, I am donating this to the Rhineland Whitetail Dinner here in a couple weeks.  The stand is made from the portion of the post I didn't use.  I tried to leave the cut out where the brace post used to be just for a little history.
