Cutting Latex Tubing

OK, I know I read on here that someone has the same latex tubing on hand that I have.  Maybe you can part with one of your secretes.  Any suggestions on the best way to cut Latex tubing for over the bite type mouth piece so that you can get a nice, crisp, clean cut that will look nice on a finished call!!!

I use this:

It has very sharp replacable blades, and will cut latex tubing clean and straight. Takes a little paractice to get a super straight cut, cause latex is so soft, but can be done.
