Turn-a-thon
« on: January 15, 2012, 07:13:01 PM »
Well i just got home from KC.  I was not able to spend nearly as much time as i wanted there but the time was WELL spent.  Met some of our great turners and everyone was as helpful and fun to hang out with as you would expect.  It was  fun, informative and just an all around good time.

Thanks to everyone who send supplies and wood, it was very much appreciated.  I learned a ton and can't wait to spend some time in the shop and see what my first Turkey Call looks like.

I am already making plan for the trip next year.  Will definitely be spending 2 full days next year.

Thanks KC for hosting and to everyone who took time to show me their trick of the trade.  i hope to have some pic of future calls up in the future.

What a great time. I can't thank everyone enough, especially Aaron and his wife for their great hospitality. I'm already looking forward to next year.
