Iowa deer steak
« on: November 06, 2011, 09:42:10 PM »
Start out with steaks cut from a nice Iowa yearling white tail.   One from another state might work but I doubt it.

Rub them with olive oil to keep them from drying out and hit them with your favorite steak seasoning.  I prefer McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning.
Grill them to 150 deg and don't forget to let them rest before you chow down.

They look good! Hard to beat the Montreal Steak seasoning from McCormick.
