Thanks again guys, Vince I don't think i'm going to call him back, i'll just wait until he calls me again. I did a search on the gov tradmark site and couldn't fine anything on Fat Lady Duck Calls.

Fat bottom, doesn't sound bad. Marvin, I knew he had a trade mark for fat lady game calls, but he doesn't make duck calls.

  Ask a lawyer trade mark questions.
   avvo.com  is a good one. The Q/A are helpfull. Or ask your own ? free.
  Crawdad I would go to one of these sites and ask a vey specific question. You will get the answer from several lawyers. And free.
