Real Snow Goose Guts !!!

I have been on a mission to find REAL Snow Goose guts. I do not have an ear for snow geese and do not want to have to try to tune a Canadian Short reed to sound like a snow. I actualy don't beleive any of the jacked up short reeds sound like a Snow anyway.
I was able to strike a deal with Sean Mann for his Snow Goose guts, the same ones used in the world champion White Out call. I'm pretty dang excited, and I just really appreciate Sean and Co. for working with us small time call makers. Sean will sell you a gut set (reed and wedges, 5/8 - .625 bore) or an assembled insert ready to go. This makes it possible for call makers to build a Real Snow Goose call to match a custom duck call, and know it's got a bunch of goose in it.  I'm waiting on some shell creek gut-serts but hope to have an a snow goose call out there with my looks and the Sean Mann award winng sound soon.

I bought an assembeled insert just to be sure I had the right bores and I knew what one was supposed to sound like.
Can't wait till my gut-serts get here from Shell Creek !

 Is that the entire gut set for $5? By assembled do they mean tuned and in a keg? Just trying to get the picture to focus in my mind's eye!

Gutset is a toneboard, wedge and a reed. These reed shave a notch to give you a starting point for fine tunning.
Insert is a working insert (Molded white ABS plastic). Reed in place and ready to stick into your barrel and run. I don't beleive the inserts are 'fine' tunned like the high end acrylic and custom calls they make, but they are tested tuned and pass QA.
