Very nice,.. excellent color choice to show the knots.
I am guessing the rings you asked about in an earlier post would be at the ends of the lines??
I tried on my first tote to use nooses,.. it didn't work well afield as at the house.the birds weight drew them up pretty tight..but looping lines through the rings solved that problem..
beware though knotting can become as addicting as call turning..

For goose or heavier game you can add a layer of that knotting over itself to widen it out so it doesn't dig into your shoulder.
Some call it a "King Cobra Stitch" when you do that

Looks like you did a very nice job on it! I'm sure he will be pleased. How do your hands feel after braiding LOL - I have gotten to the point where I tape myself up with VetWrap before any braiding session.

Very nice tote. I'm sure he'll be very happy with that.

I borrowed this link
http://paracord.blogspot.com/2007/10/king-cobra-bracelets.html
basically it is the same knot over itself but using the first knot strand as the core

Here is a pic of the tote with the king cobra knot and the ring on it.

excellent  good thing the rings shine or you might lose it if you drop it...
and the black showing thru works nicely to show off the braid
Betcha can't wait to see it full of game and hanging proudly around someones neck

yea that one suppose to be for a friend but he wanted a 4 drop on each side so i told him i would make another an i would keep this one.

Put velcro on it,.. cause if your luck is like mine I can't seem to make one stay around me long before it finds a new home....
Beware,..the cobblers childrens feet go bare....
my "personal lanyard" is nothing more than 2 strings and some loops to hold them,.. heck some calls just have 2 loops 1 for the call and 1 for my wrist...
