I got a very, very excited text from Stump last night after the competition and spent the whole evening on cloud nine just being happy for my friend!  Congratulations!!!

THANKS guys!!!

It has been a long journey to say the least.  Many hours of lost sleep and many inches of materials wasted along the way to learn things.  But on Saturday night it all was worth it.  Unfortunately I got cut of Fri, way to much power for live duck as I got a little excited to blow me duck call, but it gave me a front row set to watch my good friend Trevor win his third and final World Live Duck Calling Championship from the front row.  Was I happy he was running our calls...yes BUT.......that was not the most important thing that night.  The CWF was designed and dedicated to a man that both Trevor and I had the privilege to call friend, Mr John Libeau.  I spent 6 months perfecting the design because close wasn't good enough, I then sent the final design to Trevor for his approval as he also knew what John liked in a call.  Once he gave his blessings....I had a custom jig made. 


I built the call.....Trevor blew the call, and in the end, two men stood on the World Championship stage and paid the utmost respect to our friend.  To me.....it will never get any better or be more personal.  That is what I will always remember........my friends!!!! 

Also....Trevor, the owner of Black Timber, Got his first Goose World title in the two man goose and finished third in the live goose.  He was .01 sec away from possibly getting his first World goose but that dang light came on
