Spectacular!!!!!!

Those are very nice Joe. I have tried checkering on a gunstock. The level of skill required to get it right is unbelievable. I really like the patterns on the first one. Don't believe I have ever seen skip line on a duck call. I like it also.

Kelly it's both 16 and 18 on the first call. The skip line is 18.
I think we might know some of the same people. My family has a Native American jewelry shop here in West Yellowstone Montana. We have some good friends/customers named Charlie and Deborah Tate, sister Vera that have mentioned a call maker they know by your last name "gaston custom game calls?" Is that you?
Fred. Nothing is new. There was a Veternarian call maker named Euse that did skip line on reelfoots. He's in Flemings second book. Just something different. They get easier the more you do. I don't even think about it anymore. Just say hey that might look good checkered and get after it.
