Our "TOS" Please Read This First (it's short)

Please follow these few "rules" when participating in or starting discussions.

1) If you just have to trash another call maker or their calls, do it on another board. It will not be tolerated here.

Feel free to disagree, discuss, debate and critique. But do it politely. Remember, this is a "friendly" forum. The call makers on this site range from beginner to established master call maker. We support all of them regardless of skill level, and expect common courtesy to rule the day.

2) Be respectful of other members and our guest when you post a Topic Title or reply to a topic.

Think before you post. This is a public forum, not your hunting camp. Gross Profanity, Sexual Innuendo, and anything you wouldn't say at Thanksgiving Dinner will be removed from the site.

3) No Stalking.

If you have a problem with someone on another board, keep it on the other board. If you bring your problems to this board, you will end up not being able to visit this board.

4) Harvesting E mail Addresses

Anyone who uses the Member Directory, Member Profiles or other features on this web site to Spam members with unrequested solicitations or invitations to buy products, join other discussion forums, or for any other unrequested purpose will be subject to immediate and permanent removal from this web site.

5) Advertising

We do not charge companies or businesses that sell call making supplies and equipment to advertise on the site. Feel free to post a link to your web site or business in the General Call Making Discussion forum. We do ask that you post "I have this for sale" or "I am going to start offering this product" type post in the General Call Making forum ONLY. If you post them in the individual forums, they will be removed. Please keep all types of these post to a minimum. This is a call making web site, not a flea market. If you would like your own area in the Advertisers section to keep members informed about your products or services, please contact one of the administrators.

We reserve the right to delete any post we feel is spam or inappropriate for the site.

Now the GOOD STUFF

We encourage all call makers to list their calls, extra supplies, tooling and other items in the various Selling areas of the site. It's free.

Please feel free to post a link to your web site, if you have one, either in your signature line or in your post or both. (but refrain from putting banners or pictures in your sig line or at the bottom of your post)

We will run a banner for you, for free, on the site if you are a registered participating member of the forums. If you register just to get your banner up, and never participate, we will remove it. Contact any of the Mods or Admins to find out how to go about getting your banner set up.

Now the Legal Stuff

You agree that by accessing, reading, posting or participating in these forums that neither You, Your Heirs or Survivors, or any other individual or entity will hold THO Game Calls, Me, My Heirs or Survivors, or the Moderators or Administrators, or there heirs or survivors, responsible or liable for any loss of property, injury or death associated with or from the use or misuse of the information contained in these pages. Use of the information contained in these pages is at your own risk and by accessing and using the information contained in them, you assume all responsibility for the same.

Use common sense, take what you read with a grain of salt, and if you are unsure about anything that has to do with using a piece of power or hand equipment, or a technique or procedure that is posted here, seek professional assistance first.
All buying and selling is between the parties concerned. THO Game Calls is not responsable for deals gone bad, but if a call maker or buyer violates our community trust on a consistant basis, they will be removed from the site. Your word is your bond. If something comes up and a deal cannot be completed, communication between the parties involved is the best course of action.
