I dont have a machining center, so I cant do tone boards - yet. Im working on finding something I can afford, and if/when I do Ill be able to get after it. So for right now, its just the operations that can be done on the lathe - plastic and metals only, I am not set up to handle wood on the lathe.
Part turning, Blank Boring, Tone Channel Drilling, Custom ORAs, Custom Bands, Keg blanks - tone channel drilled or un-drilled, Polishing, banding (press fit not pinned - mainly aimed at acrylic calls), Design work, and part drawing.
As well, if you have some idea for a custom tool for yourself, or want to design and manufacture something for sale to the public I can help there as well.
