New additions to the line up

Got some new additions to the line up...  and thought Id let y'all know.

I have some straight shank expanding mandrels - they are short mandrels... 3-4" long depending on diameter (1/2" and 5/8" are 3" long with straight shanks, 3/4" and 7/8" are 4" long and have 5/8" straight shanks)

Beall Collet Chucks.  Both 1" x 8 tpi and 3/4"  x 16 tpi.  The 1"x8 chucks will be available as a kit (chuck, wrenches, collets) or chuck only (chuck and wrenches).  The Collet chucks themselves are MADE IN THE USA!  In Ohio specifically.  The collets have various countries of origin, but I can get USA made collets but they are more expensive.

And lastly, I am working on getting some different sized Stubby Pin Mandrels and stepped PLS Mandrels made up for regular inventory in the store.  Mainly planning on 1/2" and 3/4" for the stubbys, and a 5/8" x 7/8" step mandrel.

If there are other things you all would like to see, feel free to let me know and Ill see what I can do.

Sounds like a good lineup Wade.  Have you came up with prices for these items yet?  If so, can you list them, or send me a PM?

Only prices I have figured up are the ones on my site... dont even have pictures yet...

The Straight shanked expanders are 16.00 the reduced shank expanders are 26.00
On the Beall, I havent decided yet...  they said a price increase is coming, so Im waiting to get the invoice here so I know what the price is.  Im guessing I got the "old price" so if that holds, Im aiming for 75-79 ish on the chuck only, and 155-160 for the kit.  But when cost goes up, Ill have to bump the price a little I would imagine unless its just a small increase.

On the other mandrels... no idea yet... I have to figure out what its gonna take to do batches so I can figure out what I need to charge.  The Stubby pins will likely be about the same as the 5/8" one.. but the stepped ones will be up in the air til I get some made and figure out time and materials.

If things get going, the more I sell, the bigger batches I can run, and in turn bring the prices down (or able to request bigger discounts from my vendors)...  So hopefully things get going good and I can do some more price decreases, like I just did with some of the guts and tools.

Hoping to get pics of the newest additions up here shortly.  Waiting for the collet chucks to come in so I can do all the pics at once instead of having to set up and tear down a couple three times as things come in.  Gotta keep SWMBO happy... so leaving stuff set up for a week isnt in the cards

 I'm in need of a collet chuck and collet  ,see you are adding them to your inventory , do you know when about you might be getting them in.I would rather get them from you to keep it in the family.now that the payment process is all better.

Id guess they will be here late this week or early next week.
Ive got "kits" and "chuck only" coming...  as well as some individual collets.

Im hoping this week so I can get pictures taken over the weekend for the website... but we all know how shipping can be...  next day one time and three weeks the next.
